anywho, here’s a brief update on the past week or so! ` my youngest brother (smelly boy, Kin Sing) turned 14 on Saturday [23.07.2011]! *confetti in the air* HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOYYYY! YOUR PRESENT WILL COME SOON! :P I PROMISE!! ` I finally booked my flight for a last minute holiday trip to Hong Kong with my sister! im just going to bunk off her like a useless younger sister should! :P <3 much love che, much love. just fyi, im going to Hong Kong on the 14th of August and returning on the 18th!! *excited!* ` read up a lot during the hols I must say..I finished most of my Cecelia Ahern books that I bought/borrowed that I never got round to reading! I finished A Place Called Here and Where Rainbows End..and am currently reading The Book Of Tomorrow..
mini review:A Place Called Here didn’t suck me in at the beginning! the 1st quarter of the book, it was mmmm..okayyyy..I started reading it I think in May I would say, but I stopped cause of school work and stuff..but u know, I didn’t get my usual urges to pick up the book again..and I only picked it up when I had nothing to do one afternoon…but I enjoyed the rest of the book. Where Rainbows End, for me at first it got me wondering if the whole book would be in notes, letters, instant text form..and for a moment I didn’t think id like it..I mean I do read those kinds of books and enjoy them, but I wasn’t sure for this book..as it went..I loved it! I must say I like this book more compared to A Place Called Here. but I got annoyed at the characters at one point! *one line spoiler alert!* cause well, their love is SO strong and obvious but it took them SO LONG to admit it! grrr..but the book was good.
lol! I know that in my sidebar, the book listed under “Currently Reading,” is The Witching Hour..but I have that on my ipad and I don’t know where the heck the ipad is!! my siblings have taken possession of it and I have yet to see the shadow of it! I should update the sidebar! id do it after this post! ` remember the previous post about me applying for an overload in subjects!? well I GOT IT! WOO HOO! need to go to Uni to sort out the timetable!! which brings me to the next point, ` today marks the last day of holidays, and tomorrow would be the first day of my fourth year in Monash, my final year! and this semester, id be going FIVE subjects!! oh please have mercy on me… ` on a random, I-don’t-know-why-im-blogging-about-this note…I wrote a draft of my resume on Friday (to apply for intern, yes I know im late! but I didn’t think id be able to do intern this year..but it turns out I can!)..and LOL I didn’t know I did so much shit in highschool! I got certificates for the FUNNIEST things and even things I don’t remember doing..like winning FIRST PLACE FOR MALAY POEM WRITING!!! LOL wth?! where did that come from! I got that cert in form 2! heck my Malay then was,..shall I say, not very fluent yet! LOLLLL!! heck even now, my Malay is still inferior to many! majority! how the heck did I create a Malay poem?! LOL! ok shall stop LOL-ing at myself now!
before I go on about what I bought, here is just an update..
today, I went on to Monash to inquire some stuff and to apply for overload! yes overload! so help me pray that I get it and when I do get it, help me pray that im able to handle it! :) thanks! much love.

tonight, a random, spontaneous, short trip to Changkat with Jing, Shaun, Kai Yang and Ren Yi. we haven’t hung out together in a really long time!
decided to try out a super purple look! been really keeping it neutral lately..so I decided to use some colour and went for bright purple this time..
and yes, im even wearing my amethyst contact lenses..
Sketch by MAC slightly above the crease (with Sigma E25 brush) Purple Velvet Jumbo Eye Pencil b NYX on the lid, as base (blend with with Sigma F70 brush) mix the bright shimmery purple (4th colour from the top of the purple row) & the darkest purple (last purple of the purple purple row) from 88 Colour Palette on the lid (with Sigma E55 brush) blend the purple and Sketch colour with a clean Sigma E40 brush Creme by Shades on the browbone & use colour to tidy up (with Etude House large blending brush) take the darkest purple from 88 Colour Palette, create small outter 'V' & bring colour to the lower lash line (with Sigma E30 brush)
Line eyes with a thin line of black liquid liner & tight-line with black kohl liner & on water-line curl lashes & apply mascara.
optional: fake lashes! im wearing the half ones.. just on the outer half.
honestly, the purple aint that bright..its significantly purple, but not as bright as the picture la..

no i didnt force them! LOL..ok kinda, abit! indirectly..tee hee..
see amongst my group of friends..im the only Harry Potter fan/fanatic/fandom(?!) and im forcing it upon them to watch the 7th, part 2 movie with me on Wednesday..
however, some haven't even watch the 1st part! so hence, we decided to get together and watch all the movies together! so that everyone understands whats going on.
for me personally, this is MY way of celebrating/ welcoming the last Harry Potter movie! 3 days HP movie marathon in anticipation of the last movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2!

see, im not a HUGE fan of the cast of the Harry Potter movie..I LOVE HARRY POTTER and the wizarding world..so, i know about the cast and all that..but im not an actual fan of any of the cast members...
as i was watching the LIVE streaming of the NYC Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 movie premiere last night?/this morning (6am)..and i realized.. "HEY! Tom Felton grew up good... :P"
this past week or so, ive been living of Harry Potter, feeding hungrily on all the hype and the excitement caused by the coming movie release..been watching interviews, clips and all those..
and i must say, i am starting to really like Tom Felton! LOL! he's just adorable! u can see it in his interviews! haha..
he even delivered pizza to the fans who were camping out for the NYC premiere!
he tweeted:

i have something to complain about tho, regrading my "jeans"! see, i bought a pair of jeans from F21 i think last year and i like it, so i decided to buy another one.. and heck it was cheap (RM49.90, for jeans!) went to F21, and got a pair and realized its not the same one.. i mean design, fit, cutting and all are..but..the material and quality is SO off! the colour comes off! as in, when u rub a tissue paper on the jeans.. the tissue will turn blue! when i rub my hands on my jeans..my hands turns blue as well! WTH?! update: my finger nails are all blue-ish now thanks to the "denim" jeans! WTH?!!! i dont mind it if its not real denim and stuff..but not until the colour just come off like this la! and the thing is, the pair i bought last year is NOT LIKE THIS! is F21 cutting on their quality or something?!
ok rant done.
on a happier but not ecstatic note.. results came out today and i PASSED everything! i didnt JUST pass it la..did pretty ok! :) since i know my internals, i say i did quite well during finals! :) SUPER HAPPY THAT I DIDNT FAIL AUTHORSHIP & WRITING! but am kinda bummed about not getting a D for my marketing unit tho.. could have gotten a D, but thanks to my OH SO WONDERFUL TEACHER WHO IS A BITCH! pulled my internals down and thus, a D became difficult! cant even appeal the marks cause she gave us the marks at the last possible moment! BITCH! SO HAPPY THAT IT'S HER LAST SEM IN MONASH! SO THANKFUL I WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER ANYMORE!

OH OH OH!! AND I FINALLY GOT TO WATCH THE HARRY POTTER TRAILER IN CINEMAS!! ekkkkk...u DONT know how excited i got! XD
and i think, ive fallen in-like (i wont say love just yet) with INGLOT! which just open in Sunway Pyramid (about 2 weeks ago)!
their official launch would be on the 28th of this month! JING LETS GO!
